Order Tracking

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment’s status.

🚫 We do not accept:
✖ Personal checks
✖ Money orders
✖ Debit card payments
✖ Cash on delivery (COD)

How secure is my online order?
🔒 Your transaction is 100% secure! When purchasing online, your credit card details are entered into an SSL-secured web page, encrypted, and sent directly to our payment provider for authorization.
🚫 Dormzie.net does not store your credit card details.

When is my credit card charged?
💳 Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
🚫 No, discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Order Issues

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If something is missing, please contact us immediately at contact@dormzie.net.

Are there any exchange rates?
💰 All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card uses another currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount based on the daily exchange rate.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

How do I change or cancel my order?
🚨 Order changes & cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. If you wish to cancel:
✔ Contact contact@dormzie.net with your order number ASAP.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy:

If your order is canceled within 1 hour, we will issue a full refund.

After 1 hour, cancellations may not be possible if your order is already processed or shipped.

A 30% cancellation fee applies, as payment providers charge us processing fees.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
📦 Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
✔ If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@dormzie.net before your order is processed.
